POST TITLE:   General Manager- Property

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The right candidate for this job should preferably be a male aged above 45 years, must possess a good degree in Building , Civil Engineering or Estate Management and membership of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and valuers,
• A relevant Masters degree will be an added advantage,
• A minimum of 15years cognate experience out of which not less than 10 years must have been spent at top management function in reputable organization is required for this position,
• The ideal candidates must be familiar with extant statutory regulatory practices and procedures   relating to real estate /property management in Nigeria,
• He must exude self confidence with general management capabilities and readiness to work with minimum supervision,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy especially Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD are advantageous attributes,
• The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will also:

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of company’s policies on acquisition, development, lease maintenance and disposal of properties; 
• Will be responsible for making recommendations on fixing and collection of rents preparation and execution of agreements; prepare and implementation operational budgets;
• Supervise a team of Professional in the Real Estate Division .

POST TITLE:   Property Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate should preferably be a Male, aged minimum of 40 years and must possess H.N.D or B.Sc. in Building, Civil Engineering or Estate Management and membership of Institute of Estate Surveyors and valuers,
• He must acquire a minimum of l0 years experience at top management level, in maintenance of properties from reputable organizations,
• The successful candidate should have a good knowledge in preparation of estimates or quantity surveying and should be conversant with relevant regulatory laws in operation within the industry,
• In addition, the candidate should be articulate with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills,
• The ideal candidate while reporting to the General Manager(Properties) will take charge of the company’s property maintenance, In that capacity he will assist the GM(Property) to: 

• Maintain properties in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and industry standards; liaise with relevant agencies/departments and organizations to ensure that all infrastructure and amenities are properly maintained; ensure that all statutory dues on properties are paid as and when due; ensure that all properties are in state-of-the-art condition at all times,
• The candidate must be computer literate and possess impeccable character,
• He should be a member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
