POST TITLE:   Production Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge/Hands on experience as production Manager in a Noodles Producing company, he is expected to co-ordinate the production process and draw up production schedule, he is to liaise with the Factory Manager to work out the human and material resources needed and co-ordinate them for effective production,
• He is also to liaise with the QC and QA Departments to ensure quality standards are maintained inter-alia.

• Good leadership skills.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• BSC/HND Engineering, Biochemistry. Food science, Microbiology or Chemistry,
• At least 5yrs working experience in reputable food industry with preference to a,
• NOODLE producing company in the same position or as an Assistant Production Manager,
• Should have knowledge of GMP/HACCP.

POST TITLE:   Production Supervisors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge/hands on experience as Production Supervisor/Officer in a NOODLE producing company,
• To ensure effective management of manpower available for the day’s job and ensure free flow of production target set is attained and constant monitoring of the personnel during production hour among other things.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• BSC/HND or Diploma in Biochemistry, Food Science, Microbiology or Chemistry,
• At least 5yrs working experience in REPUTABLE FMCG/Food & beverage company,
• Experience in NOODLE producing company will be an advantage,

POST TITLE:   Store Supervisors/Assistants

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Raising requisition for items, treating invoices, GRN and processing documents for payments,
• Determining re-order level and ensuring that all items are debility available to avoid emergencies among other functions.

• Experience in a NOODLE producing company will be an advantage.

POST TITLE:   Boiler Operators

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced in operating a package boiler of minimum 5-10 ton capacity gas fired boiler,
• General visual inspection of the boiler and the boiler room to ensure safety systems are in place,
• Testing the safety values to ascertain that they are in good working conditions, keeping boiler logs of amount of fuel used per day,
• Flue gas temperature, stem pressure, feed water, water treatment PH, total dissolved solids (TDS), fuel pressure, fans, feeding pumps, boiler blow down, flush water guage and safety valves test among others.

POST TITLE:   Quality Control/Assurance Manager


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of product and services,
• Co-ordinate and inspects and test products at various stages of the production processes and evaluates finished product date,
• Setting quality compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved within national regulatory bodies such as NAFDAC, SON, and other functions,
• Should also have knowledge on GMP/HACCP and be well versed with chemical and microbial analytical procedures.

POST TITLE:   Quality Control/Assurance Supervisors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Inspection of environment, machine and personnel to meet up with the Hygenic Standard i.e current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). 
• Laboratory Analysis of both new materials and finished product such as free fatty acid, acid value, peroxide, proximate analysis, oil extraction and microbiology analysis among other functions, sampling and analysis of all the materials before they are used in the factory,

POST TITLE:   Electrical Engineers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Making sure that electrical jobs are promptly and properly executed,
• Momentarily maintenance of machines and electrical devices that are liable to breakdown, figuring out faults and making repairs on electrical machines and auxiliaries like electric motors, breakers, inventers and conductors and overload relays, repairs on existing MCB and gear box, switches among others.

POST TITLE:   Mechanical Engineering

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Routine checks of rotary machines parts during and after operation,
• Routine checks of transmission parts such as gears, driving chains, driving belt after operation periodic maintenance to keep the machine in good operating condition among others.
