Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates in the following roles with a leading Corrugated packing Manufacturing Company based in Lagos .
POST TITLE: Production Manager (Packaging Factory)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations to meet and deliver volume target by due dates meeting specific quality standards as required by sales and marketing plans,
- To ensure maintenance programmes are carried promptly with continues availability of equipment/machinery; ensure Health, Safety and Environmental Management,
- To prepare reports (daily productions, forest and plant compliance) to account for monthly variance and confirmation of monthly production plans,
- To manage team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and auctioned.
ROLE PROFILE:
- Mechanical/Electrical or production Engineering graduate,
- Minimum of 7 years cumulative experience in a medium sized packing factory especially in corrugators and/or printing environment or similar job function, with membership of COREN.
NOTE: Experience in medium sized manufacturing companies will be required and applicants must possess Strategic perspective and strong analytical skills.
POST TITLE: Human Resource Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To recruit and place all categories of staff and coordinate the development, administration and maintenance of reliable HR records,
- To oversea an administer staff welfare packages as well as occupational safety and health matters,
- To ensure effective communication, discipline and peaceful industrial relations and to challenge, develop and reward human capital for strategic advantage,
- To manage team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and action.
ROLE PROFILE:
- Social Science graduate with B.sc, degree certificate or equivalent,
- Minimum of 7 years cumulative experience in a manufacturing environment, with membership of CIPM.
NOTE: Experience in medium sized manufacturing companies will be required and applicants must possess Strategic perspective and strong analytical skills.
POST TITLE: Corrugators Machine
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants should have ND or equivalent holder with minimum of 2-3 years experienced in operating corrugators line.
POST TITLE: Operator- Die Cutting Machine
- ND or equivalent holder with minimum of 5 years experience operating flat-bed die and/or rotary cutting machines.
POST TITLE: Printers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants should have ND or equivalent holder with minimum of 2-3 years experience as printing operators in medium sized packaging factory.
SALARY/REMUNERATION: For all positions are very attractive and will not be below industry standards
