A Marketing and Logistic Company Current Jobs in Nigeria: Recruitment for Marketing Manager, Head of Logistics

We require suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Marketing Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE:

• Formulation of marketing policies, strategies and plans and the management of total marketing efforts to ensure achievement of corporate objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• development, management and co-ordination of all marketing mix elements,
• analysis of market, customer and competitive information,
• delivery of marketing activities within agreed budget/timelines,
• liaison with marketing services providers.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, AGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must possess good first degree in marketing / business related discipline or equivalent professional qualification,
• Membership of professional bodies (NIMN, CIM), MBA or Msc will be added advantage,
• Applicant must not be more than 35 years of age with at least 7 years cognate experience in manufacturing environment or FMCG marketing,
• Proven track record in successful brand development/project management.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Should have an analytical/innovative mind with excellent interpersonal, communication and entrepreneurial skills,
• Proficiency in relevant IT software e.g power-point.

POST TITLE:   Head of Logistics

GENERAL PURPOSE:

• Planning, co-ordination and management of movement of goods in  a Supply Chain that includes raw materials suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of goods movement and storage,
• Development and maintenance of statistical model to operate the supply chain efficiently,
• Co-ordinate/control order cycle and associated information systems,
• Data analysis for performance improvement and problem solving,
• Liaison with Suppliers and Customers.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, AGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Good First Degree in Business, Science or Engineering related discipline or equivalent professional qualification. MBA or MSc will be added advantage,
• Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in manufacturing environment or FMCG company,
• Proven track record in all aspects of supply chain and project management,
• Age limit for this position is 40 years.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Organization and planning,
• Negotiation and problem solving,
• Communication and inter-personal/relationship building,
• Proficient in relevant IT software such as excel.
