A Real Estate Agency Current Jobs in Nigeria: Recruitment for Corporate Client/HNI Services Manager, Marketing Manager/Coordinator, Real Estate Surveyor

THE ORGANIZATION:

We are a Real Estate Agency, Property Management and Development company based in Ikoyi, Lagos and engaged in land and property sourcing, development, construction, lettings and management. We are seeking, for immediate employment, suitably qualified, mature, dynamic, energetic and experienced individuals for the following positions:

JOB TITLE:   Corporate Client/HNI Services Manager

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Qualifications, Skills and Competencies):

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Candidates must have B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or any Business or Social Science discipline,
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience,
  • Membership of appropriate professional body will be added advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements,
  • Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic programs and tactics,
  • Superior oral, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills,
  • Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times,
  • Innovative, stress tolerance, decision-making skills,
  • Proven knowledge in market and customer research,
  • Highly innovative, proactive and able to handle and meet clients service needs,
  • Ability to think fast and give quick and accurate response to clients’ enquiries.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision,
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships is very essential,
  • Positive attitude with good organizational skills,
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and use of the Internet,
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with nose for details,
  • Valid driving license is essential to effectively carry out this job,
  • Good geographical knowledge of FCT, state capitals and commercial cities in Nigeria,
  • Willingness to travel anytime at short notice.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements,
  • Good selling, marketing and customer relationship management and service delivery skills,
  • Proficient in sales report analysis, interpretations and presentation,
  • Highly innovative proactive and able to handle and meet clients service needs,
  • Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic marketing programs and tactics,
  • Superior oral, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly,
  • Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times,
  • Innovative, stress tolerance, decision-marking skills,
  • Proven knowledge in market and customer research.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Qualifications, Skills and Competencies)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • A member of the Nigerian Institute of Surveyors (NISV),
  • Candidates must have B.Sc. or HND in Real Estate Management,
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and implementing marketing strategies in a real estate and property management industry,
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements,
  • Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic marketing programs and tactics,
  • Superior oral, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly,
  • Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times,
