POST TITLE: Customer Care Executive/ Supervisor (CCE01)
JOB PURPOSE:
- To maintain customer satisfaction by providing quality customer care services to all our clients and managing the customer care desk in each of our locations.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- A good degree with a minimum of 2 years working experience as Customer Service, Executive/Supervisor,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
