POST TITLE:   Country Director 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership and oversight for FHI 360 country operations, including the management of FHI 360’s portfolio,
• Monitor programs, projects, and sub projects (as applicable) to achieve financial, administrative, and programmatic goals,
• Lead in-country business development and resource development efforts,
• Oversee production of timely and accurate financial and programmatic reports to FHI 360 and donors, as required.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must have BS/BA and 13-15 yrs relevant experience with international, development programs, including 7-9 yrs of supervisory experience; overseas field experience required,
• Able to travel within country or region and internationally, as needed.

POST TITLE:   Regional Compliance Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the compliance issues in the field, ensuring FHI 360’s field offices are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures,
• Provide technical support, including audit and investigation support to projects outside of the region,
• Assist with the management of the web-based and telephone compliance hotline,
• Conduct follow up reviews with countries/projects based on internal audit observations and compliance review findings.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• High School/GED and 11 -13 yrs relevant experience in accounting and budget management,
• This is a senior level position.
