A Property Development Company Current Jobs in Nigeria: Recruitment for Project Engineer

JOB VACANCY:

A fast growing property development company based in Lagos requires candidates to fill the post of:

POST TITLE:   Project Engineer

THE ROLE:

• To manage all construction activities on building projects with contractors from initial site investigation to final completion,
• To ensure that the project scope is delivered in accordance with overall program plans, design, specification quality and budget constraint,
• To ensure that the most efficient and well assured construction solutions are employed at all times.

THE CANDIDATES:

• Candidates must have HND or Higher degree in Building Engineering or construction,
• At least Seven years experience in building construction,
• Three of which must have been with a major building firm,
• Experience in material specification and management, quality analysis and estimation,
• Experience in the use of Spreadsheet, Autocad and Microsoft project software,
• Must be between 25 and 40 years.
