JOB TITLE: Direct Sales Agents [WOGA/12/01]
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be responsible for selling the bank's products to new customers within specific locations.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc/HND from a well known Institution of higher learning,
- Age must not be more than 35 years,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Must have good sales ability,
- Must have good numeric ability,
- Must be self motivated to embark on sales initiatives,
- Must have proven integrity.
JOB TITLE: Personal Banker [WOGA/12/02]
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be responsible for the provision of efficient and technical personal banking services and support to a portfolio of branch based clients.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc/HND from a well known Institution of higher learning,
- Age between 27-40,
- Must possess good sales and service skills,
- Must have the ability to provide customers with basic day-to-day services,
- Must possess the ability to initiate customer feedback/satisfaction,
- Must be sociable and possess good planning, problem solving and decision making skills.
JOB TITLE: Business Banker [WOGA/12/03]
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be responsible for the management of portfolios as well as requests and queries from business clients.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc/HND from a well known Institution of higher learning,
- Age between 27-40,
- Must possess excellent communication skills,
- Must possess the ability to explain complex information clearly with simplicity,
- Must possess good sales and negotiation skills,
- An understanding of financial products is key,
- Must possess adequate computer skills,
- Must have numeric skills,
- Must be self motivated in meeting targets,
- Must rate high on integrity grounds,
- Must have the ability to pay attention to details,
- Ability to analyze and research information.
