Our client, a newly incorporated Marine and Inspection Services Company with strong International affiliation wishes to recruit topflight key personnel to kickstart its operations in Nigeria:

POST TITLE:   Business Development Manager-Marine

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The candidate for this position must be a go-getter with wide contacts and experience in the Marine Sector and must be ready to take immediate responsibility for developing and promoting the offshore and subsea maritime capabilities of the company and its overseas associates,
• The candidate is expected to identify and source clients in the Oil and Gas Industry,
• The candidate must have demonstrable ability to prepare business proposals and follow up to achieve closure. It is also expected that the candidate is able to work independently with minimum supervision and has the ability to meet set revenue target,
• Applicants should have a minimum of Bachelors degree or other equivalent professional qualification in Marine Engineer/Science, or any other relevant Engineering/technical discipline,
• A minimum of 5years experience in Marine Operations in the Oil and Gas Sector is a prerequisite for this position.

POST TITLE:   Business Development Manager- Oil and Gas Inspection

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Candidate for this position must demonstrate good knowledge of Cargo Surveying and inspection business with strong contacts and focus on the Petroleum Sector,
• The Candidate must have demonstrable knowledge of all aspects of Quality and Quantity Inspection of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products (including Petrochemicals, LNG and LPG), cargoes at Terminals, ex-terminals and in Vessels (off shore-STS and SBM/FSO/FPSO),
• The candidates must also have strong entrepreneurial skills and a well-developed network of industry contacts,
• Strong and demonstrable ability to prepare good business proposals and bring in new clients and projects will be a distinct advantage for this position,
• Applicants should have a background in Engineering, Physical Science or Business, with at least 5 years of solid post graduation experience in provision of Quantity and Quality Inspection and Cargo Surveying Services for the Oil and Gas Industry.

POST TITLE:   Marine Inspector/Surveyor

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The candidate for this position must have demonstrable experience in-conducting technical inspections aboard ships and/or construction sites as well as practical and theoretical knowledge of hull, machinery and Marine Regulatory/ Legal Framework,
• Ability to perform or conduct Marine Surveys, Structural Integrity Inspections for offshore Oil and Gas installations and structures will be an added advantage,
• Applicants must have a Degree in Marine, Civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering, with a Minimum of 5 years experience in the Petroleum Industry.
