POST TITLE: Brand Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ FUNCTIONS:
- To support the Manager, Brands Group in developing, executing and evaluating annual activity plans for brands/products, which delivers annual brand performance goals (awareness, equity, volume, market share, etc.) amongst the target audience.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Prospective applicants must possess a minimum of second-class upper bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing would be an advantage if the first degree is not in a related field,
- Applicants should also possess about 3-5 years work experience in a reputable FMCG company, of which at least 3 years must be in a brand management role,
- Field sales and/or Customer marketing experience would be an advantage.
POST TITLE: Assistant Brand Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ FUNCTIONS:
- The ABM supports the Manager. Brands Group in executing annual activity plans that delivers annual brand performance goals (awareness, equity, volume, market share, etc.) amongst its target audiences, on budget and on time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Prospective applicants must possess a minimum of second-class upper bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with a desire to pursue a career in marketing,
- Must have completed NYSC and must not be more than 26 years of age by year-end 2012,
- A prior marketing experience in an FMCG company could be an added advantage.
