POST TITLE:   Software Developer 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Web Application development using web technologies (HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, SQL, AJAX, PHP),
  • Programming in JAVA and/or PHP,
  • Interacting with internal Subject Matter Experts to build basic business and technical knowledge,
  • Applying basic business and technical knowledge to identify patterns beyond what is explicit,
  • Adhering to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct,
  • Exercising good judgment and showing maturity in all client and firm matters,
  • Provides professional support to immediate supervisor as per designated role,
  • Completing formal and on the job training on other technical skills relevant to role,
  • Responding positively to formal and informal feedback from superiors,
  • Willing to be a seasoned IT Consultant cum Senior Software Engineer within 12 months.
JOB PROFILE:
  • BSc or HND degree from an accredited institution,
  • Practical knowledge of web technologies like HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, SQL, AJAX, PHP,
  • Knowledge of an object oriented programming language (Java preffered),
  • Great analytical and problem solving skill,
  • Global mindset,
  • Strive for excellence while staying within acceptable ethical and professional boundaries,
  • Result focused and goal driven,
  • Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision,
  • Able to clearly communicate information and ideas in writing and speaking to clients and staff,
  • Able to multitask and manage several different initiatives at once while maintaining quality standards,
  • Excellent programming and IT skills.
 
POST TITLE:   Office Assistant 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Basic office administration duties,
  • Secretarial and accounting tasks,
  • Adhering to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct,
  • Exercising good judgment and showing maturity in all client and firm matters,
  • Provides professional support to immediate supervisor as per designated role.

  • BSc, HND or OND degree from an accredited institution,
  • Courteous and professional,
  • Strive for excellence while staying within acceptable ethical and professional boundaries,
  • Result focused and goal driven,
  • Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills,

  • Able to clearly communicate information and ideas in writing and speaking to clients and staff,
