JOB VACANCIES:

An Estate Development Company needs the services of the following candidates for current construction works in Ogun state.

JOB TITLE:   Construction Supervisor

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must have B.Sc, HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture etc.,
• Minimum 3 years post NYSC experience in estate development is not negotiable,
• Applicant must be a resident of Lagos, fluent in Yoruba and not more than 40 years old.

JOB TITLE:   Head Marketing

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must have B.Sc/HND In any discipline,
• Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience marketing lands and houses is not negotiable,
• A resident of Lagos, not more than 35 years old.

JOB TITLE:   Assistant Site Manager

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have OND in Building, civil engineering, Architecture, surveying etc.
