EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- He will be responsible for achieving the target and objectives of the group businesses,
- Candidate will oversee projects in all the locations/sites,
- Must possess good university degree in engineering and B.Sc or MBA,
- He/She must have not less than 15 years working experience with 5 in very senior management position,
- Experience in the property development industry is essential as well as good communication, leadership, interpersonal relationship and project/management skills,
- Must be a member of relevant professional bodies.
JOB TITLE: Quantity Surveyor
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Our ideal candidate must possess B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveyors, with at least 5 years working experience in a structured environment and evidence of proficiency in construction surveys and membership of NIESV or other relevant professional body,
- Candidates must possess good strength of character and the ability to work optimally in a challenging environment.
