POST TITLE:   Senior Contract Manager -Mechanical

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• The task will be to manage projects profitably and successfully from take-off to commissioning.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• The candidates we have in mind must have at least 10 years experience in project supervision and engineering and must be between 34 - 45 years old,
• A track record of problem solving is required.

POST TITLE:   Contract Manager -Mechanical

POST TITLE:   Planning Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• The task is to plan new projects and provide technical support to Estimators.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• The right candidate must have in-depth knowledge of design and design interpretation, including workshop drawings, material take-off, work programmes and cost estimation,
• Having worked with a consulting firm will be an advantage,
• Appreciation of safety in Construction industry is required,
• The candidates we expect must have at least 7 years working experience and must be between 30 - 40 years old.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION:

Candidates’ shall possess a minimum qualification of B.SC/HND or equivalent in the relevant field and must be proficient in the use of AUTOCAD and other IT tools. It is compulsory/to have technical competence in at least one of the following areas of specialization:

(a)  33/nkv Power Distribution;

(b)  Transmission Substations;

(c)   Piped Services;

(d)  Internal installation in Buildings.

Registration with professional bodies e.g. COREN and NSE etc will be an advantage.
