Our client, a multi-disciplinary company is looking to fill the vacancies below:

POST TITLE:   Product Development Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for new product and packaging development,
• He/She will report directly to the company technical manager,
• The preferred candidate is expected to have competence and experience in the area of cleaning and disinfectant products,
• He/She must be a self-starter, computer literate, committed to achieving set targets and deadlines.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, industrial chemical or food science,
• Minimum of 5years of post-graduate experience in product development,
• Prior work experience with a multinational company it would be an added advantage,
• A Master’s or PhD degree will also be an added advantage.

POST TITLE:   Technical Sales Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The primary responsibility for this position would be to sell and market the company products,
• This position reports to the company National Sales Manager,
• The successful candidate must have flair for sales with good carriage and able to work with all levels of customers’ organisations,
• He/She must be computer literate, committed to achieving set targets and deadlines,
• A thorough understanding of the sales management process with proven ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies is expected.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields,
• Minimum of 5years of progressive sales experience in industrial sales,
• Candidates with science degrees including five years post-degree experience in sales can also apply.

POST TITLE:   General Manager, Automobile Workshop

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the automobile workshop,
• He/She will be responsible for profit and loss for the business,
• This position reports directly to the Group Chairman.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in mechanical engineering with bias in automobile engineering or related field,
• At least 10 years of post graduate practical experience in an automobile workshop,
• Minimum of 4 years must be in management capacity in a reputable automobile workshop.

POST TITLE:   Construction Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The primary responsibility will be to plan, manage and supervise all construction projects, provide effective team leadership, coordination and management skills,
• He/She will report directly to Director of Operations,
• Must be ready to travel on short notice and work anywhere the company has a project,
• He/She must be a self-starter, computer literate, committed to achieving set targets and deadlines.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in civil engineering or building technology,
• At least 7 years of progressive practical experience in building construction with a thorough understanding of project management.

POST TITLE:   Estate Surveyor

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position primary responsibility will be to manage properties, sell and acquire landed properties in Nigeria,
• He/She will report directly to the Director of Operations,
• He must be a self-starter, computer literate, committed to achieving set targets and deadlines.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Estate Management,
• At least 7years progressive experience in property sourcing and sales,
• A thorough understanding of homes and property markets in the country and abroad.
