- 10 years cognate experience, 3 years of which must have been on a managerial position.
POST TITLE: Senior Chef
JOB OBJECTIVES:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparation of continental and local dishes under scrupulous hygiene conditions,
- Responsible for menu budgeting, planning, sourcing and training of kitchen staff.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to prepare a variety of continental and local dishes,
- Must be innovative,
- Must have experience in hotel or corporate/ industrial catering for a multi-national setup,
