JOB TITLE: Career Advisor

JOB DETAILS:
THE JOB:
- Assist with development of talent management policies and framework,
- Assist with employee engagement that aligns talent management objectives with corporate goals,
- Design framework for implementing & evaluating talent management initiatives,
- Provide research on all talent management activities.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- BSc/BA with at least a second class upper class of degree,
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language,
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role,
- Experience designing templates and business process documents,
- Effective verbal and written communication skills,
- Report writing and presentation skills,
- Ability to articulate value of integrated talent management practices,
- Flexibility in order to adapt to varying and changing demands,
- Good organisational, client relationship and interpersonal skills,
- Creativity, teamwork and initiative,
- Excellent IT skills.
