A property Development and Building Materials Marketing Company based in Lagos have employment vacancies for the following positions on the Island.
POST TITLE: Architects/ Architectural Technicians
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess a BSC, ND in Architecture, Architectural Technology,
- Candidates must also possess the ability to use AutoCAD / ArchiCAD, RIVET.
POST TITLE: Plumbers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must be skilled plumbers with relevant technical degrees and at least 5 years experience in the Building Maintenance and Construction Industry.
POST TITLE: Electrical Technician
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or HND with 3-5years experience in this field, also candidates must be proficient in electrical wiring, electrical installations generator maintenance and the maintenance of household electrical appliances such as air conditioning systems and washing machines.
POST TITLE: Installation Engineers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess an ND in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years cognate installing sanitary ware and furniture.
POST TITLE: Store Keeper
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must be Computer literate OND holders with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the warehousing and construction industry.
POST TITLE: Maintenance Personnel
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess prior experience in the Cleaning and Facility Management Industry.
POST TITLE: Carpenters
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited Trade/ Technical School, they must skilled carpenters with the ability to fabricate and install furniture.
POST TITLE: Painters
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess the ability to successfully POP screed and paint,
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in this field is required.
